Who We Are

Support for Vulnerable and Less Privileged Children Initiative (SULPCHILD) is a purpose-driven nongovernmental organisation committed to improving the lives of vulnerable and less privileged children through direct intervention, advocacy, and strategic partnerships. At the same time, the organisation also exists to amplify and celebrate excellence through platforms such as the Pan-African Icons Awards (PAIA), recognising those making meaningful contributions to society.

Founded in Lagos, Nigeria, SULPCHILD combines grassroots impact with a broader continental vision—ensuring that every child, regardless of background, has the opportunity to thrive.

Vision

A society where every vulnerable and less privileged child is supported, protected, and empowered to reach their full potential.

Mission

To provide support, advocacy, and opportunities for vulnerable and less privileged children through targeted interventions in education, health, and social welfare; while amplifying impactful individuals and organisations contributing to societal development.
