Mrs. Akinyemi Anthonia Feyisetan is an accomplished educationist, administrator, and advocate for academic excellence, currently serving in a leadership capacity within the education and social development space. A native of Ondo City in Ondo State, she began her educational journey in Ibadan before completing her primary education at St. Agnes’ Primary School, Ondo, in 1980. She proceeded to St. Louis Secondary School, Ondo, where she distinguished herself academically, passing her WAEC in one sitting in 1985.

Driven by a deep passion for knowledge and language, she pursued a degree in French Education (B.A. Ed French) through a programme affiliated with Obafemi Awolowo University at Adeyemi College of Education, Ondo, graduating in 1990. Following her National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in Kano State, she began a fulfilling teaching career in Lagos State, where she dedicated herself to shaping young minds through the teaching of French language across several schools.

Her commitment, discipline, and leadership excellence saw her rise through the ranks to become Vice Principal at Navy Town Junior Secondary School, and subsequently Principal of Festac Girls Senior Secondary School. Throughout her career, Mrs. Akinyemi has been widely recognised for her impact and professionalism, earning accolades such as Best Teacher of the Year (1999), multiple commendation awards, and international scholarship opportunities to France. She remains a strong pillar in educational development, inspiring both students and educators through her legacy of service and excellence.
